أسوأ ما يقوله صاحب العمل عن زميله هو: هذا موظف بالنسبة لي أو هذا يعمل لدي، ما هو أبشع اسم! الشخص الذي يعمل معي في مؤسستي ليس موظفًا لدي ولن يكون أبدًا! لا أحد يعمل من أجل أحد، وهكذا انتهى زمن العبودية، والمتدينون الذين يعملون معنا هم زملائنا !! نعمل سويًا في المؤسسة، لديه ما لدي ولديه ما لديه، نعمل بالتساوي، ليس لديك منهم أن تنسبهم إليك، لقد تعاقدت معهم مقابل عمل على شكل عقد، وإنهم أحرار في إنهائه، فهم ليسوا موظفين لديك، ولا أحد هو موظفك !!

كما أنني لا أستطيع تحمل اسم الموظف، فهو سبت العصر الحديث، وهو من عبودية الجاهلية، لذا فإن كلمة الموظف في تعريفها البسيط تعني الشخص الذي تم توظيفه وتسخيره ومكرسه. أو أطاع! الإنسان ليس أداة يتم توظيفها أو توظيفها أو تكريسها. تخيل أن المسمى الوظيفي يعتمد على وزن مكرس أو معين أو مخصص.

إلى كل العمال، لا تقبلوا اسم موظف، ولا تقبلوا أن يطلق عليهم اسم موظفين لدي، فجروا هذه الأسماء ...

كل ما ذكرته يدعو للأسف بصراحة ... ولكن الا تعتقد أن من يحمل مسؤولية هذا التفكير هم من قدموا أنفسهم انهم حقائب مال متنقلة يرشون بها الاخرين ولأنهم يملكون المال يستطيعون شراء وتملك البشر.

كل فكرة تولد حرة، ولكن محيطها يحد من حريتها، وتنصب حولها أسلاك شائكة، فتنمو داخل سياجها أسير. يتحول إلى سجين أيديولوجيتها، وعبدًا، وإطارًا بدون أفكار، لا يُسمح له بالتفكير. وإذا تجرأ على التفكير تجنبوه، وإذا تحده تجنبوه، وإذا استطاع، هددوه، وإذا عارض رفضوه.
وأفضل طريقة لقمع الحرية هي قلة خبرة الجاهل وبربرية الجاهل.
